- What is the Cobragolf.com return and exchange policy?
If you would like to return your Cobragolf.com order, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. All product must be returned in new and unused condition. Golf clubs must be unhit, all footwear and apparel must be unworn with tags still on. You can contact us by emailing email@example.com or calling 800-917-3300 option 4. Please provide your Cobragolf.com order #, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return. COBRA PUMA Golf will then email you a Return Authorization. Please print this form and include it with your return, and write your Return Authorization number (RMA#) clearly on the outside of the package. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred in returning product. For more info click here.
Please note that we do not perform exchanges at this time. All returns will be processed as a refund and a replacement order will need to be placed separately.
- What is your warranty/repair policy on COBRA golf clubs?
To obtain warranty benefits, the defective product and a statement of the claimed defect must be provided to the authorized COBRA PUMA GOLF Shop from whom the goods were originally purchased. To obtain repair benefits (Golf clubs only), the product and a statement of work should be taken to a COBRA PUMA GOLF authorized location and a repair will be set up (pricing subject to dealer). To find your nearest COBRA PUMA GOLF retailer please visit the Dealer Locator. Limited Two Year Warranty - COBRA PUMA GOLF will warranty its products for a period of Two years from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. If the date of purchase is unavailable, this warranty shall begin on the product manufacture date. Should any product fail to perform for either of the above reasons, COBRA PUMA GOLF will repair it or replace it at no charge as inventories allow. (Please note that if the product in question is from a discontinued model that we no longer have replacement inventory available for, we will offer a for charge repair taking into account the difference of the purchase cost and the cost of the current replacement product.) COBRA PUMA GOLF reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims to determine the extent of warranty application. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and any third party alterations void any warranty claims. COBRA PUMA GOLF does not sell or return component parts. All products returned for warranty claims become the property of COBRA PUMA GOLF. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. This warranty provides specific legal rights. Other rights may exist, which may vary from state to state. COBRA PUMA GOLF may amend this warranty policy at any time.
- What is your warranty policy on PUMA golf products?
There is a 1 yr warranty on accessories so a purchase receipt may be requested. If you purchased from retail store please visit the location where the product was purchased and they will contact us on your behalf. - Do you offer trade-ins on golf clubs?

- How do I determine the authenticity of my clubs?
The best way to ensure that you own an authentic Cobra product is to purchase it at an authorized Cobra dealer. If you purchase it second hand, from an auction website or through some other unauthorized retailer, we cannot confirm the authenticity of that Cobra product without a visual inspection. - How do I find clubs specifications on older Cobra Golf clubs?

- How do I find my serial number on a club?
If you would like to provide us with a hosel code from the club or club set (found on the 6,7 or 8 iron of a stock iron set) we would be happy to tell you if the code matches with COBRA PUMA GOLF's code database. There also may be a white sticker on the shaft that will have the serial number on it. Once the serial number is located, you will be able to register them on www.cobragolf.com
- Where can I find components such as grips, torque Wrenches, hosel shaft adapters, and headcovers?

- How do I order just a shaft for my club?

- How do I replace an older club that is not online?
Once the stock in a product is sold out, we are unable to fill any new orders for replacements. However, our models tend to be available at retailers for a fairly lengthy period after discontinuation, which tends to be a great resource to get replacements and to allow you to "fill in" sets. You can also try our Dealer Locator to find a dealer near you. For reference of previous COBRA golf clubs and accessories, see our archive of previous COBRA Golf catalogs. In lieu of finding something in the open market, we can tell you that current generations of COBRA products often make great replacements for past models as they are quite often aimed at the exact same player type.

- Which irons are best for me based on my handicap?
Here is a general guideline:
- Pro irons are suggested for Tour players 5 handicap or less
- Forged irons are suggested for players with a handicap 0-10
- Our cast irons are suggested for players with a handicap 10- 20
- Our game improvement irons are suggested for players with a handicap of 20 and above

- Do you have any free stuff like stickers?
