Cobra Golf at the LPGA Kia Classic
It’s a big week for the LPGA Tour and Cobra Golf as the Kia Classic kicks off at the Industry Hills Golf Club, just outside of Los Angeles, CA. The 72-hole tournament starts this Thursday, March 24th and features one of the strongest fields of the year. The top 11 players from the current Rolex rankings and 77 of the top-80 from the 2010 LPGA Official Money List will be represented.
Cobra Golf Staff Pros Anna Nordqvist, Blair O’Neal, Lee-Anne Pace and Jeehae Lee are all in the field this week and look to join the 2011 winners circle. Anna recently caught up with LPGA.com to discuss her goals for the 2011 season and her offseason preparation. Be sure to check out the interview. O’Neal, one of the longest hitters in women’s golf, is playing this week on a sponsor’s exemption she received from winning the MVP award on Golf Channel’s Big Break: Dominican Republic. You may also have seen her recently in Cobra’s ad run in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.

81-84 for the deserving Cobra Staff player ... guess it’s better than the 80-86 Alena Sharp fired.
