Ted,
Whether you would notice a difference or not is highly player-dependent, based on whether you were fit for your clubs, how skilled a player you are, and other factors. With that said, there are some rather significant differences between your Speed driver and the S9-1. The Pro drivers have a composite crown, which pushes the CG (center of gravity) back and down. This new CG location produces a lower launch angle and spin rate. Depending on your swing characteristics, this may or may not be desirable for you. Also, the PVD finish gives the face a dark finish and the sound has been improved dramatically. Based on the factors, it’s safe to say that you would notice a difference. But my advice would be to go demo the Pro drivers and see what you think. You can find your nearest demo event here: http://www.cobragolf.com/events/ Or yo.u can get in touch with our customer service if you need further assistance: http://www.cobragolf.com/faqs/afmsubmit.asp Good .luck, thanks for the question, and let us know where you end up.

Can you tell me if I would notice a huge difference between the Speed Pro D driver from last year, and the new S9-1 driver? I love the X-Speed Pro I currently have, but want to know if it is ahuge difference.
Thanks for any help.
