I’m a high handicapper with a very fast swing. Was using the HS-9 with a stiff shaft and getting 225-235, more or less straight out of it.
I tried this driver and I’m “missing it” 225! When I get a hold of it - 265-280 is no problem at all. Once I figured out the tee placement and height - it’s all good.
Great driver and the shaft is great.

Probably one of the best drivers in the marketplace. While I have not hit all of them, I have hit Taylor Made, Titleist, Ping and Callaway and I purchased this one. I am still adjusting to the jaw dropping distance and accuracy this drives provides…..The RIP Beta shaft is unbelievable.
Here’s the proof….the guys I play with all want to hit my driver on the par 5’s…...........

Love this driver (I also loved my prior Cobra Driver and still really love my Cobra 3W and 5W). The new Cobra Special Release S3 Driver delivers on all of its promises. The E9 Face Technology is real and provides consistent assistance on off-center strikes. Great balance…while I like a light club I also prefer to feel a little more weight in the head (this is true for all my clubs)..with the S3 I have it just the way I like it. I can go on with the technical advantages of this driver but suffice it to say that Cobra’s marketing and tech specs are honest and provide everything you need to know. That said, always “test-drive” new equipment before purchasing…in this case, Cobra will not disappoint. Oh yea, I love the white head and grip…it’s a beautiful club and helps the psychological part of my game with increased confidence as I approach and stand over my longest shots – that are now longer and straighter than ever. Thanks Cobra!

I just finish playing my first round with my NEW S3 White Driver. I must that this is a great investment. I tend to fade ad slice shot (SLICE) more often and I set the settings to the closed position. Can you straight down the fairway and distance was great. I shot my lowest score of the year thus far and I can only imagine that it’s going to get better. If you are thinking about picking up the driver then I suggest you do so in a hurry. The look of the club is terrific and it is a head turner, the all white is clean. I tried te R11 but I am a die hard cobra man and I think I made the right choice. Keep up the good work Cobra. Love what you are doing.

Well just played my first round today with my S3 white driver and it blew my mind. i only missed one fairway and i averaged about 320 yards per drive. the shaft in this thing is really good and smooth. great club cobra thanks again.

all i have to say is thanks Cobra for creating the best looking driver i have ever seen/bought. i havent it yet but this baby sets up perfectly to my eye so i should be pounding this thing long and straight. also a special thanks for making the club for a left handed golfer, us lefties usually get over-looked on special clubs so mad props.

I got fit for a S3 recently with these spec: 8.5 loft, 45.5 length shaft ProLaunch Red, 65 gram, 3.0 torque. Does the WHITE version come with these specs?? The local golf shop said they are not sure if it come with these specs. can anyone let me know if it does Please. I would love to purchase one!!!

What a great driver and alot better looking than the R11. The ball flys off of the face with alot of speed. I bought one last week and could not wait to play with it and I was not disappointed at all. All my friends wanted to hit it and one of them is going to buy one.
It will keep you in the fairway and your drive will be long. I am glad I bought one. It is a beautiful club that will really talk to you.

Took delivery of my new white S3 9.5 Driver a week ago, but ill health has prevented me from christening it yet. Am really looking forward to the experience. Would like to know where I can find the individual number for the club, since I believe these are a limited edition. I purchased the club from an American distributor, so would like to think it is the genuine article

Nice looking club in white! 9.5 degrees, why so high? I have an old S2 and XXspeed, both 8.5 degrees. Something in the 6.5 to 7.5 would be nice!
