About Lexi Thompson
There's no doubt Lexi is driven, hitting range balls daily for three hours and getting in 18 holes, as well. At 12, she was the youngest female player ever to qualify for the U.S. Women’s Open. Talk about a golf family. One of her older brothers Nick, is a PGA Tour pro, while another, Curtis, is slated to play golf at Louisiana State University this fall. And Lexi’s father, Scott, is caddying for her. Because of her young age, she pursues her education through home schooling by her parents and under close supervision from educational professionals – all while competing on Tour. Lexi has three cats, and is an avid music and reality television fan. She also enjoys bowling and has an affinity for ladybugs.
