Excellent Clubs Review by Joe325
Cobra clubs are among the best in quality and distance. The Drivers are rated as the longest distance drivers of all other manufacturers. I for one have seem a big difference while using these clubs. Both accuracy and distance. Very forgiving driver. (Posted on 8/29/2016)
Shaft broke Review by Mike
Shaft Broke at the club head. Faulty product. (Posted on 6/19/2016)
Excellent Driver - Bought 2 Review by Ashley
I've changed from Cleveland to Cobra a while back. I was using the Cobra 9.5 and then changed to the Biocell, BOOM. I never looked back. It took my fade completey away and I won my first longest drive. The shaft is strong and I had no problems with the driver. Driving around 260 - 280 consistent straight down the fairway. Was so impressed, that I bought a second one to keep in the closet. Thank you Cobra, excellent driver, 10 out of 10 (Posted on 5/18/2016)
The shaft.. Review by Jackson
So I was out playing 9 holes with my golf team today and for about a week I've noticed a rattling noise from the club after every hit with the driver. And today I hit my shot in a scramble and the damn shaft broke near the club face.. Good club, poor shaft. (Posted on 4/26/2016)
liked it in one piece Review by Mitch
I loved the club when I bought it new was playing well with it then the first time out this season snapped the head off of the shaft. Think it is a shaft problem so by an after market shaft if u like the feel of the head. (Posted on 4/24/2016)
Do NOT Buy Review by Bill H
I have had this driver for less then two years. About 1 month into having it the shaft snapped (X-Stiff) by the head. I recieved it back in about a month which was fine. Then my first time out this year it broke again, in the same spot. The head is fine but the shafts they use are not very good. So for that reason I would not purchase anything again from Cobra.

14/14 Fairways Review by Brian
I have always hit Taylor Made Drivers for the last 10 years or so. Finally got a chance to use my new Bio Cell 9.5 draw with my new Bio Cell Irons and Wedges and shot my best round of 76. Hit 14/14 Fairways, got to 3 par 5's in two. Driver is long and straight. Still can't draw the ball but feel very confident in hitting it or straight or a baby fade if need be. I got my driver and irons in orange and really like to look of both. I highly recommend this driver to any handicap. (Posted on 2/10/2015)
Accurate and LONNGGG! Review by Edward
I have had a King Cobra 460SZ, 10.5 for about seven years. It came with a Cobra set I purchased. I have been very happy with that driver and the clubs, therefore; resistant to upgrade or change. Recently, while playing in a best ball scramble and hitting my dated driver several times around 260 yards or so down the left hand side of the fairway with my usual 30 yard draw (not always under control) a fellow golfer suggested I hit his brand new Bio Cell (Flex/10.5D) to see if I could get more distance with it. He had been hitting it around 220, which he admitted was 20-25 yards further than his previous driver. Well! I hit the Bio Cell several times off the tee right after hitting my 460SZ. I routinely hit it 20-30 yards farther and obviously with more control landing more toward fairway center than with my SZ. Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of a Bio Cell Project X. After a bucket of balls at the range I have the Bio Cell set at 9, and am hitting straighter and longer drives than I was 15 years ago (straighter has always been an ongoing battle for me). The 9 setting ensures I do not hit the Bio as high as my SZ, giving me more distance. When I do hit an unintentional draw it is less dramatic; therefore more forgiving, than with my old Cobra 460SZ. If you have been losing distance (and control) as you age like me, the Bio Cell is without a doubt a short term cure. (Posted on 1/2/2015)
Straight- shooting hammer! Review by VA golfer
Just finished hitting a bucket of balls with my new red BioCell driver. The first thing I noticed was a better balance than my previous driver, a Ping G15. Set at 10.5 with the stock reg flex shaft, I found it difficult to miss- hit this club. Balls struck on the toe were actually drawing back into the fairway. Carry distance seemed to be about equal with my G15(also a 10.5) but the rollout was much more with the BioCell. I didn't have time to play around with the different loft and lie settings, but I can't wait to find my optimum setting. The sound of this club is awesome, and the ball launches off the face like no other driver I have ever hit. A sweet- feeling fairway finder with amazing distance. (Posted on 12/31/2014)
Bio Cell came out on top Review by Dief
Tried various other drivers from Taylor Made and Ping. The Bio Cell gave me the most consistent and longest drives. I love the choice of colors. Too bad Cobra dropped color schemes with the new Fly Z line. I don't think I could find a better driver, so I purchased the fairway woods and a hybrid in the same color (blue). Get them before they're gone. Pricing is great now too. (Posted on 12/12/2014)
Fantastic Club Review by Terry
I dont normally write reviews but felt the need to get the word out. I normally play all Titleist clubs, I was at Golf Galaxy today ready to replace by 910D2 with a new 915. I have heard nothing but good things about the Bio Cell drivers. While the fitter was prepairing my shaft for my 915 I decided to hit an off the shelf Blue BioCell with the stock stiff flex shaft. I hit the club straight as and arrow with excellent trajectory and spin numbers. It was a fun club to hit. When the fitter handed me the 915 my numbers werent bad but i could not get the consistancy or the distance that i could with the BioCell. I was hitting close to 270 every shot with the BioCell. I could not match the numbers with the 915. I hope everybody give this club a chance and hits it. It will make you a believer and this is coming from a long time Titleist guy. The only reason for the 4 stars is I wish the had a couple of different stock shaft options. The club felt consideralbly heavier than both my 910 and the new 915. if you are the brand loyal, do yourself and your game a favor, try this club out. Awsome price and a great club. Kudos Cobra!!! Woo Hoo Review by Bruce
Tried my new driver on the range today and it was so fun to hit. On the standard 10.5 setting (R flex) it launched high and went straight (except that i could also fade it on demand). Can't wait to take it on the course. Love the blue color and graphics. (Posted on 11/26/2014)

Great driver Review by reese
I recently purchased this driver and i have nothing bad to say about this driver. The driver has great looks and max performance in all conditions due to the 8 settings to change trajectory. I gained 15 yards in distance and my driver are way straighter. (Posted on 11/10/2014)
Incredible Review by Stefan
I recently bought the Ping G30 Driver, and thought it was great, but then I got a sweet red BioCell Driver and gained almost 20-30 extra yards consistently in the fairways! Would never go to any other driver. Definitely worth buying. (Posted on 10/9/2014)

WOW! Review by Ken
I have never been the long driver in the group until now! Adding the Bio-Cell driver to my bag is the best move for my game I have ever made. I visited an Edwin Watts golf shop and spent quite some time hitting 3 drivers before choosing the Cobra. I love it! Actually I chose the club that was best for me and got home with it before I realized it was a Cobra. I've played several rounds and every time I hit the driver I am amazed. (Posted on 9/28/2014)
Added 50 yards off the tee box Review by Rabbit
Purchased the grey version from a local dealer. Went straight to the driving range to give it a rip. Two buckets later, I was surprised at the accuracy, consistent trajectory, and feel. First round with it in the bag and I cannot believe I didn't make the switch from Taylor Made sooner. Tee shots were 50-60 yards longer off the tee box, soft landing in the fairways. Fairways were played all day, with a short iron into the greens.

Buy one and shave strokes off your game right from the first tee box.

Next purchase will be the bio cell irons!!! (Posted on 8/30/2014)
Awesome Driver Review by Snowman
Used on course twice and seems to get better every time. Have the stock PVx, regular flex and set it to 9.5 degrees. Was hitting a 10.5 degree Ping rapture for the longest time, but found the Bio Cell at 10.5 degrees was launching higher than I was used to, so the 9.5 degree is the answer. Definitely getting more distance and the club feels solid even on off center hits. Love this driver! (Posted on 8/19/2014)
just right for me Review by bruce
70 year old with a 90mph swing speed and a current index of 7.1. Traded in 2013 AMP Cell and 2014 XHot2 driver for Bio Cell. Bio Cell is 10 yards plus longer then AMP Cell and just as forgiving. Just a long as the Xhot 2 but more forgiving. Stock regular shaft and current loft setting @11.5. With this driver I can now reach shorted par 5 in two again. (Posted on 8/12/2014)
Impressed Review by cjroman
First time gaming a Cobra club in 30 years of golfing.
Very impressed with the BioCell Driver. You have a winner here.
Most forgiving driver I have ever hit. Shaft and head combo has helped correct my ball flight and trend to miss right. Have it set at 9.5 Draw and getting nice baby fades of 5 yards if it isn't dead straight. Awesome trajectory and overall ball flight, penetrating is the best word to describe it.
Love the My Fly and Smartpad. Easy to adjust and doesn't effect lie and face angle dramatically.
Cobra will now be at the top of my list for club pondering.
Thanks. (Posted on 8/7/2014)

5th Cobra driver Review by Orange Ball
Just got the Bio Cell driver, and this would be my 5th cobra driver. Stuck with Cobra, and will never change. Still the R&D were able to improve the already great Amp Cell driver. Great job guys. (Posted on 7/27/2014)
Gotten better and better Review by OrangeBall
Got the new bio cell driver last week, and this make my 4th cobra driver. Wow, this thing is longer than my amp cell. Swapped the shaft to graphite design ad di 6 stiff, ready to go. Awesome club. (Posted on 7/25/2014)
Sneaky Long Review by Matthew
I read quite a few reviews about the lateral forgiveness of the BiOCell but didn't believe until a recent fitting.
No matter where the ball finds the face, this driver is long, straight and has a beautiful sound.
At address, it just inspires confidence.
I'm glad I wanted and it the BiOcell last. Nothing even came close for me. (Posted on 7/16/2014)
capable driver Review by Richard
I loved this in demo on the range where I tried all combinations of shafts and lofts against several other manufactures. On the course I find it feels good in the hand and I like the looks but the trajectory is too low for me. Stock PXV-R shaft. I have used a 10.5 for years but upped it to 11.5 to improve trajectory. I did not gain distance (240-250, slight draw) with this driver over my old Ping/Graffalloy Blue, although distance is not my main goal. Repeatability is good and so I will experiment with shafts because I like the feel of this club. (Posted on 7/15/2014)
Bio Cell Driver Review by Nick
Hit a 280 yard par 4 today with this driver. I just switched and couldn't be happier. 9.5*D is my setting. The club is one and forgiving. First started at 10.5D but was hitting it too high. The stock Project X shaft is not a problem. In fact, I had it cut down 3/4" to play at 45". Best thing I could've done. Thank you Cobra!! (Posted on 7/13/2014)
Smoke 'em if you got 'em Review by Brian
Oh boy oh boy, this club smokes them off the tee. I bought a set of Wilson's off the shelf and after one round I wanted to replace the driver. So a quick trip to a golf store and after trying 5 drivers including this one it came down to the Bio Cell and another driver. I felt better hitting this driver than the other one so I picked it up. I bought a blue one with a stiff shaft and set it up to 10.5 degrees to start with. I wasnt getting the loft and distance I wanted so I set it up to 11.5 and that got me the launch I wanted. I also sped up the club head. I have never been the longest guy off of the tee, favoring control rather than power but with the Bio Cell I was consistently the longest drive off of the tee in our group. The accuracy was there as well, i was playing a high fade as well, so I set the club to 11.5 D and that straightened the shot up considerably. I liked the club so much I am now looking for a fairway wood in Orange. Love how i can have color options. (Posted on 7/3/2014)

Senior Flex Bio Cell Driver Review by mrgolf1
Have the RegFlex, which is a great driver; got an opportunity to get one in Senior Flex & it definitely got me more distance immediately w/o any directional change... On the course I usually play, there is always wind in your face the majority of the time; Even factoring in the wind, I'm hitting this A-Flex, stock shaft driver as far as used to hit my driver 10 years ago - 220+; that's pretty good for a retired guy... Check out my review on my 5/7 Bio Cell wood, in the fairway woods section; bottom line is that Cobra has a winner here, with these woods... (Posted on 5/30/2014)
More On The Bio Cell Driver Review by mrgolf1
I've had the Driver since April & have tried most of the lofts & a few draw settings. I disagree with some reviews that I have read here, about not being able to get the ball up with the stock Pxv shaft; Of course the trajectory will change a little when using the lower loft settings, as this is what flight these lofts produce... I have no had any problem getting the ball up, no matter which loft I choose... This driver is long with the Pxv shaft & it puts the ball right in the fairway easily... Sounds & feels sweet when you hit it; can't ask for any more... (Posted on 5/17/2014)
Great Driver Review by Andy
I've played seven rounds so far this year and I'm very impressed with the performance of the BiO Cell driver. I should point out that before taking the Cobra out on the course, I replaced the stock shaft with an Aldila NV55... the same shaft I was using in the Rocketballz adjustable that got replaced by the Cobra.

The BiO Cell looks great and contact on the large sweet spot sounds and feels great. I'm not a big hitter -- low-to-mid 90s swing speed -- but I found that if I put a good swing on the ball, the Cobra consistently delivered great ball flight with a slight draw. Over these first seven rounds I've hit 66% of the fairways.. a 16% improvement over last year. It was also getting me at least 10 to 15 yards further down the fairway than the Rocketballz.

As far as foregiveness goes, I think the BiO Cell is on par with other top-name drivers. If you make a good pass at the ball and you hit the sweet spot, you're going to get great results. If you make a good pass at the ball but you just miss the sweet spot, you're going to get decent results. If you make a bad swing, you're going to get bad results. When I went into "kill" mode and came over the top, I hit low pull hooks. If I flipped my hands through impact, I hit weak high cuts.

My bottom line -- This is a very good driver. It looks great, performs well and is surprisingly long. If you have a chance, give it a try.

poor shaft Review by Ken
The club head on this product is as promised, but the project X shaft is a poor choice. I bought the Regular flex version of this club to compare against my Encore ZL with the regular Motore F3 shaft. The PXv is a low launch shaft. I am an average ball hitter with a 90-92 mph clubhead speed, getting anywhere from 225-250 with a regular shaft with my old ZL encore. The PXv is probably only good if your are a well above average or like to hit line drives out there. For an off-the shelf choice, you guys should be putting a higher launch shaft on these clubs, they would appeal and probably be a better for for most average players. I am most likely going to swap out the PXv for a grafalloy boost or rocket shaft. (Posted on 5/6/2014)
lives up to the "loooooong" hype Review by Francisco
I've always been considered a long hitter of the Tee by my friends, but they didn't know what long was until I tried my New Bio Cell Driver today. i was a bit skeptical, seeing as how in a controlled setting at Dick's I was caring around the 280yd mark. But it definitely lived up to all the hype out in the elements, and real course conditions. i was "driving for show" today. I would commend this driver for any skill level player. Its forgiving even on shots not in the sweet spot. i love my new Driver!!!!!! (Posted on 5/4/2014)
