Best irons I have ever purchased Review by Dustin
Rating
These are the best irons I have ever played. I am a 5 handicap and I went from the amp forged to the progressive set of these irons. Still forgiving with off center strikes but they are like butter when you melt one on the center of the face. I would recommend these to any mid to low handicapper (Posted on 9/9/14)

Honestly don't know if there are a better set of irons out there. I am a 7 handicap and was looking for new clubs when i stumbled upon these. I like the look and feel and they are actually quite forgiving for blades. No complaints from a very happy customer. (Posted on 8/14/14)
Love them so much I bought a 2nd set! Review by Bill

I'm really impressed with the latest line of Cobra clubs and took the chance to game the Amp Cell Pro MB irons. I haven't looked back since! I now have two sets of these irons (one full MB and one progressive cavity back), as well as two Bio Cell Pro drivers (black), Bio Cell+ fairway woods (3/4 & 5/7), and Bio Cell hybrids (2/3 and 3/4). Oh, and I bought the wife an Amp Cell driver that she hits a mile! Keep up the good work, Cobra! (Posted on 8/2/14)
If these irons were a person they would be Chuck Norris. Review by Matt

I wanted to upgrade my bag from older irons so I decided to go on a quest of sorts. I hit blades from Taylormade, Titleist, Ping, Mizuno, Callaway, and Adams. Some I liked, some not so much. I hit the Cobra Amp Cell Pro irons and fell in love. Went back to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and hit them again. They are, without question the best irons for me. They feel and look great. Consistent trajectory, and I find them easy to work R-L and L-R. I'm a very happy single digit handicapper who has seen improvement with these sticks! As I said in my summary: If these irons were a person, they would be Chuck Norris! (Posted on 6/13/14)

Players club with a little forgiveness Review by Anthony
Rating
I have been playing golf for 25 years and started with Wilson Staff forged irons. I have always been a forged player because of the feedback, soft feel and trajectory control. I have played the best forgings for years ; Mizuno, TaylorMade, Titleist . A lot of the best forgings are made by the Japanese. This Christmas I bought a full set of Cobra irons and woods, everything is Cobra, right down to the 3 wedge set of Tour Trustys. The Cobra Amp Pro irons have the KBS tour taper shafts in them. This shaft hits the ball higher and further with less side spin than the Dynamic Golds. The iron heads themselves are truly probably the best designed forged iron that I've ever played. The long irons hit the ball higher and further than traditional blades. Ditto for the mid irons. You can control the distance and trajectory of the shorter irons very well. I'm glad I found these irons. Although I had to upgrade the shaft on the ZL Encore driver it was worth it. This thing almost hits itself. A smooth swing produces a high low spin flight with amazing distance. I hear Cobra is a subsidiary of Titleist, it really shows because they have put some of their best R and D into this line. Wow

Hi Anthony - we're so happy you love your clubs! It sounds like they are performing well for you which is great to hear. Just one correction - although COBRA and Titleist were indeed sister companies (each with their own club R&D department), the two companies split in 2010 at which time COBRA was acquired by PUMA.

Have a great season with those clubs! -Your friends at COBRA Golf (Posted on 1/30/14)
Most solid Review by David

Working in a golf shop I have the opportunity to hit different makes. The Cobras were the the most solid feeling player iron I tested. Recommend to anyone seeking better player irons over the other manufacturers. GREAT JOB. (Posted on 1/28/14)
Could be the best irons ever made! Review by Jimmy

I am amazed every time I hit these irons! Right out of the gate I picked up 10 yards across the set, and with a surprising level of forgiveness for such a tight club face. I have always hit cobra drivers because I prefer to hit the ball a country mile, but this is the first set of cobra irons I have ever hit and I only wish I had tried them before I bought my Taylors! Keep it up, I may need to take a look at those ol'Trusty wedges next!!! (Posted on 12/5/13)
Cobra AMP CELL PRO Irons . . . Best Ever !!! Review by Kenardo
Rating
Dear Cobra Golf, you have hit the Jackpot with the new Cobra AMP Cell Pro Irons. My new Cobra AMP Cell Pro Irons arrived late in the day on Oct. 28th and headed straight up to the range at our golf club. I hit balls until dark and was I ever in heaven !!! For the first time an iron that actually went further. About a club to a club and a half. I have been looking for a new set of irons for three years without success and you have no idea how many different sets of irons I've tried. I have been a long time Taylormade player, I average 150 rounds per year and I formally sold golf clubs and I am a certified club fitter. The AMP Cell Proos have everything, feel, accuracy, playability and looks. Day two Oct 29th and my first game with the new Amp Cell Pros. As on the range they also went further on the course. I flew over the back of a few greens which cost me three strokes and I had three 3 putts for a 77. On our 18th hole a 625 yard up hill par 5 I had 173 yards to the pin for my third shot and hit the 5 iron to pin high. Normally I would have hit a 4 Iron. The Cobra AMP Cell Pro irons are the best looking clubs that I have ever laid my eyes on. A work of Art !
Is there a Cobra drive in my future? I can't wait to tee it up again today. A great BIG thank you to all the design staff at Cobra Golf, Ricky Fowler and to the Ryder Cup King, Ian Poulter !!!
Cheers,
Kenardo (Posted on 10/30/13)
How Sweet and Smooth Review by gary
Rating
I've played Mizuno exclusively for 15 years and after trying the AMP Cell Pro with the KBS C-Tapers, I am amazed at how smooth and pure the ball striking feels with these clubs. The flight, workability, sole profile are just outstanding. Very well engineered product - just too bad they're made using Chinese steel and not Japanese steel (Posted on 10/9/13)
WOW Review by eatoner27

Cobra has really stepped up their game with these irons. The traditional blade irons (PW-7) provide great feedback and excellent workability. The progressive (6-3) irons allow for a higher tracjectory and easy distance control. On top of that, they are more forgiving than almost any blade/pro iron I have ever hit. Keep up the great work Cobra!

A new level of performance Review by ken pace

Tired of feeling like every set of clubs I’ve owned were some kind of farm tool, I decided to try the Cell Pro. I am by no means an accomplished golfer but the clubs had a beautiful feel and balance. I tried them in the store and immediately bought them. I found with absolutely no exageration that the clubs were an extention of my body. Every single club hit the same. Clean, sharp center contact and as straight as you can hit a ball. The long irons are actually easy to hit. My distance has increased by ten yards for each club. I think that everyone trying a new set should forget about the fact that they are pro clubs and try them. I am so thrilled by my purchase I would like to buy a second set. I believe Cobra has actually crafted a magical set of irons (Posted on 7/19/13)
Best blades I've hit! Review by James
Rating
Let's start off by saying they are blades. If you want super forgiveness than you have stumbled into the wrong bar. That being said these things are sweet. Great look at address, great flight control, and just enough forgiveness in the longer irons without loosing the better players iron feel. I have gone through nike blades, callaway blades, mizuno blades and to me these feel just as good if not better. The flow design works great without making you feel like you 3 different types of clubs. Flow was the right word.

I'll be buying new irons after these wear out. (Posted on 6/19/13)
