Tour inspired performance wedge designed to deliver versatility, feel and control.

After working with our Tour athletes, the COBRA Research & Development team developed the Tour Trusty, a true performance wedge that offers precision wedge play and shot versatility. The non-offset shaping has been designed to improve alignment and look at address while maximizing the groove edges and volume to the USGA allowable limit. COBRA created the Tour notch K-Grind™ to provide heel and toe relief for Tour-trusted versatility around the green and optimized shot making. Looking for a wedge to maximize spin, even on the shortest shots? Thanks to COBRA’S proprietary Variable Feed Rate milling, we have doubled the amount of surface roughness with 15% larger grooves than the Trusty Rusty® for maximum spin, allowing you to stop those tricky shots around the green right where you want them to. Available in either Tour Matte Satin or Black PVD finish, the Tour Trusty’s sleek look is suitable for the golfer’s eye by reducing the glare and offered in 11 loft/bounce options…a game changing wedge with precision and versatility for every player.

love em' Review by Dominick
I just got my 52 and 58 in satin, only practiced so far but they seem to be holding up just fine, I hit roughly 200 balls with them, cleaned em, and they still look new. if your a golfer and buy the black you should already know what your getting. these wedges have great feel and response near the green, I have been playing the amp cell and have lost some yardage with these but the feel and predictability has gotten better. I ordered a new set of amp cell pro irons and cant wait. i was happy with the performance of the regular amp cells but feel im ready to take my game to the next level. there were a couple things i disliked about the amp cells, 1st of all, had a few ferrules ride up the neck, no biggy, just tapped down and glued, i can see the potential for issues with the vibration dampening pad on back, if you soak to clean you will find water leaking out long after the cleaning, so, it would b no surprise to see these things coming off at some point, luckily i noticed that during 1st cleaning so from then on i didn't soak.i thought they were pretty forgiving and long, little too high of launch to really get dialed in though, for me anyway. obviously the positive far outweighed the negative because i decided to stay with cobra. Update to Prior Review Review by KTT
Wanted to throw another quick review out there as I played with a new Vokey SM5 in raw black finish for a few weeks while my Tour Trusty was being re-shafted (I had a bit of a temper tantrum on the course and with one axe chop, a new shaft I needed).

If I had my druthers, I would have kept the SM5 and the PGA Tour store could have kept my TT. The black on the TT does come off, as everyone has said, pretty thoroughly, and quite quickly, with relatively few hits. But what I noticed that really is the deciding factor is how soft the metal used for the TT is and its impact on durability. WIthin 2-3 rounds with the TT it had thick lines scraped into the sole and the grooves are worn down a bit. I've had it for maybe 5 months, with a fair amount of play, but I have not had anything like that happen to my other wedges, which are Vokeys and which I use about the same amount.

The SM5 I played about 6 rounds with. The black finish did start to fade a bit, but while the TT looked worn, the SM5 looked classy. Both wedges performed well, particularly when new, but the SM5 really just felt and looked like a premium product. Even though my bag is now thoroughly Cobra (Amp Cell Pro irons, S3 driver and woods), my wedges will all be SM5 (when I get around to replacing my TT).

Still some work to do, Cobra. The performance and details are there, just need to refine it. And please, again, not everyone wants flaming orange on their equipment.

Called it Review by Wareagle1
Have the 60 degree black. Yes, it will scratch and does the Vokey wedge I have. Bottom line: you can call shots with this wedge. It will do whatever you want it to do...every single time. (Posted on 5/24/2014)
Wont buy another Review by Andrew

Job well done Review by KTT
I have the 60 / 10 lob wedge. It's simply spectacular. I am a bit of a Cobra fan after getting fit into the S3 driver a few years ago (I still play it, though with a custom shaft, haven't found a driver I like better). I looked at the Trusty Rusty wedges that Cobra previously produced and, let's be honest, they're not very good. This wedge, however, is simply spectacular. My 56 is a Vokey, I also have a TaylorMade ATV that I sometimes game, and this wedge is my favorite. Tremendous feedback. excellent feel, and the ball lands softly and stops. Exactly what you want in a 60 degree.

I have the black version, and the color fades after use, but it looks good a bit worn. I could do without the orange coloring (Cobra, please, not everything has to be Rickie Fowler-ized), and I think they would have been smart to move away from the Trusty name because most players don't play Cobra wedges and associate that name with the old Trusty Rusty, which as I said, is a completely different and inferior product. Sometimes you need to cut the cord, and "Trusty" has to go.

In sum: product is fantastic, need to work on the marketing. And good job bringing back a simple black head for drivers and fairways. The new BiO Cell + products are also excellent. (Posted on 3/31/2014)
Amazing wedge Review by David Bradley
I bought the 60 degree wedge at a local dealer a couple weeks ago. The first thing I noticed was how heavy the head was. It's the perfect weight for me, it really cuts through the turf, and is perfect around the greens. Couldn't recommended this wedge enough to my friends. (Posted on 10/21/2013)
Another winner! Review by Michael
I bought the 60 degree last week and just love it. Ordered a 52 and can't wait for it to get here. Thanks Cobra, between these, my AMP forged irons and my AMP Pro driver I am a very happy golfer Love your products. (Posted on 10/16/2013)
