AMP Forged Irons

I have always been a Cobra fan. It was the first set of clubs I had ever owned. I compared the Forged irons against many other brands. All from game improvement, tour, and blades. These irons were just flat amazing. The stock KBS shaft is also great. I look forward to getting these clubs on the course an swinging away. 5 stars all day long.

Hitting straight or shaping a shot has become easier. Each iron has a consistent feel when hitting the ball. Great club design for the work & material that went into making these beautiful clubs.

Just what the doctor ordered! Great feel and distance but what got me on the band wagon is the forgivness for forged irons .Also love the KBS shafts so if you want forged feel but could use some help these irons should be in your bag today thanks Cobra keep up the great work oh ya what orange! when you set up can't see anything but magic

Just got these and they are sweet. I was playing Callaway X-forged irons with Project X flighted 6.0 shafts. The new Cobras hit the ball quite a bit higher and 1 club longer. Also have the AMP 3 hybrid it is very nice as well. Love the AMP line. If you haven't tried them yet you need to. And Cobra keep up the GREAT work.

Drove 4 hrs in bad traffic to a demo day, used amp forged irons. Hard headwind still hit the 6 iron 190+, 8 iron 170+ and PW 155+. I am excited to get these!!!! As lofts are stronger I wasn't sure how I would like the idea but after experiencing them. I love the way they cut through the wind. The cobra rep thought the wind would take off two clubs in distance. My distance was the same as with great conditions. I know I will gain a true 10/15 yards per club not from the loft angle.. The orange didn't bother me at all, sharp looking keeps the eyes awake I tried Amp driver in x stiff 9.5/10.5. Again into the wind carried 250 prob more have to check with course on length of range. Such a nice solid feel, Dual roll/E9 tech made some differences when missed sweet spot, still flew and carried the same. I also tried the Amp 3 wood in stiff, carried it 220 off the deck and 230 from tee great roll on the woods!!! Can't go wrong. Excited to have irons and woods/ hybrid Amp and Amp forged in the next couple of months, start the climb down to scratch/ get my name out there and earn a deal with Cobra!!

Just received the new amp forged irons which are money!!! I was playing the taylormade mc's... The amp forged are about 5 to 7 yards farther and more forgiving... Sweet feel awesome product and definitly worth the wait. I did not go with orange grips though... I went with the black because they are easier to maintain...

These came into my shop last week, demoed them and purchased them on the spot. Played 18 this weekend and these are the best overall iron I have played...ever! Soft feel, great looks, penetrating ball flight, workable and FORGIVING! Great job Cobra! A step up from the AP2 I was playing....

I play the Taylormade R7 right now and i love them but once i hit the new cobra forged irons i feel in love with them, i have already orderd them and cant wait till they come out... GREAT JOB COBRA

Hit this irons at a Golf SHow, and they are the best feeling irons I've ever hit. Play the Mizuno JPX-800 Pros right now, and even though I'm not a low handicapper, I prefer forged irons and Cobra has done a great job to make a forged iron that normal players can hit. Can't wait to get these in my bag.

These irons feel great. Hit these at the Seattle Golf Show in February 2012. Looks great!! Feels great!! Love the orange color. Also, I'll be switching to these irons when they come out in April and dumping my 712 AP2's. These feel way better than the new AP2's, and the look is pure money. A+ for Cobra with their AMP line up.

I play the S2 forged and love the look of the Amp Forged except the color. I think different colors and black should be offered for the insert. I wouldn't buy because of the color. That's my take.
